We’ve been in the industry for nearly 75 years, and pride ourselves on our knowledge of our extensive range of products, and our ability to understand, and meet, your specific needs. In the family for three generations, Cochranes has continued to develop into one of New Zealand’s leading agricultural machinery dealers and now operate in four locations, servicing customers across the South Island. We understand the need to have reliable machinery available and are committed to providing excellent pre and after sales support. We employ over 60 knowledgeable staff and are available for consultation and support whenever needed.
Business Development
Originally based in Leeston, Cochranes now also operate in Amberley, Ashburton, Oamaru, Timaru, Blenheim and the West Coast, and have clients throughout the South Island. We believe it is important to constantly adapt to meet the demands of the industry, and this includes being readily accessible to our wide range of loyal clients.

Cochranes dealerships stock an extensive range of products for all your farming and contracting needs. Leading New Zealand dealers of Case IH machinery, we also stock complete machines and parts, for brands such as; Case, New Holland, Kuhn, Dalbo, Duncan, HiSpec, Giltrap, Bednar, ProDig, Schuitemaker, Sigma 4, and Sumo. We currently employ over 30 specialist service technicians, and have a fully stocked genuine parts department to meet any specific requirements of our clients.
